Edenfantasys, a worldwide retailer in adult toys contacted me asking if I was interested in testing and reviewing their products. My personal sex store is powered by them so I was more than delighted to be part of the team. It took me a while to decide what product to review as they have such a wide range of vibrators in all shapes and sizes but alas, I settled for reviewing the Vibrating 10-speed remote controlled egg.
I was excited to finally own my own vibrating egg and more importantly, one that was remote controlled. The packaging brags the statement “Make love from a distance!”, and that it does.
This product arrives to you in two parts, the controller and the egg, and comes in various colours. You can choose from the pink, lime green, orange, black and purple depending on what your favourite colour is. I opted for the pink and was pleasantly surprised with the baby pink shade, a true feminine toy. Some photos of the product suggest that it’s a fuschia colour but it’s a lot lighter and I’ve tried my best to capture that in my photographs below. You can click them to enlarge.
The egg measures in just under 4 inches with a girth of 3; the standard size for any vibrating egg. Made out of plastic, the egg has a smooth velvet-like texture which is phthalates free and hypo-allergenic. The egg is seamless apart from the silicone o-ring that opens up the toy allowing you to insert batteries. Due to the material, this product is waterproof and has been tested both in the bath and in the shower.
The remote control is smaller in size and like the egg, maintains the same pink colour. It has three simple, self-explainatory buttons – the power on/off and the up and down which goes through the 10 vibration functions that this toy has. My favourite feature of the controller is the slider which can be pushed upwards to cover the controls or pushed downwards to expose them. This is beneficial to prevent accidental button pressings and allows you to travel with the controller with no risk of it ‘going off’. It also has a handy keychain attached so you can clip it to a keyring or belt loop on your trousers/jeans for easy access.
The vibrating egg operates of 2 x AAA batteries which are included with your purchase and are very simple to install. All you’re required to do is unscrew the egg in an anti-clockwise direction and place the batteries in the clearly indicated slots. Once in place it’s as simple as screwing the egg back together and ensuring it’s tight, especially if your submerging it in water.
With 10 vibrating functions to flick through, your guarenteed to find a favourite and one to suit your mood. Once you’ve lubricated the egg and gently inserted it, you can enjoy a hands-free experience with the exception of using the controller to increase or decrease the vibrations. If you’ve got a partner you can get them involved by giving them control, an erotic turn-on for everybody involved. The egg also comes with a plastic loop that’s secured to the end of the egg which is used to remove the egg if you’re unable to ‘push’ it out. A gentle tug will pull the egg out with no risk of it getting stuck.
The controller is functionable up to 20 meters away from the egg so if you’re fortunate enough to have a playmate, this can lead to all sorts of kinky fun. Surely you don’t need me to suggest placing the egg in your underwear and have a partner control the vibrations while you’re out in public or lounging around the house.
While I really enjoyed testing out this product and having a first-hand experience of egg vibrators, I found that the vibration in this toy could of been stronger. Perhaps that’s just a personal thing so don’t hold it against the egg, I just felt it was worth mentioning.

I found this product the ideal size, easy to use and I loved the fact that it was wireless which opened up an erray of sexual suggestion. I recommend this product for anyone who is curious about using a vibrating egg and those who enjoy being under control. It’s ideal for experimenting couples and as it’s small in size, it’s not intimidating which makes it a great beginner toy.
